Some clients come to us with designs already prepared, others work with us to develop plans from the ground up. In either case, our team helps guide design decisions and selections, supported by a client portal that keeps everything organized and easy to follow.
3. Build
During construction, homeowners are welcome to visit their property as often as they’d like. Our team provides regular updates through our client portal and direct communication, so you always know what’s happening and what’s coming next.
4. Move-In
Because you’ve been involved and informed throughout the build, there’s no big reveal at the end! Just a smooth transition into your new home. We make sure everything is complete, addressed, and ready for you to move in with confidence.
